应用股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗老年人股骨粗隆间骨折的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗老年人股骨粗隆间骨折的效果。方法:收治老年人股骨粗隆间骨折患者20例,采用闭合复位、股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗,观察效果。结果:经治疗后,治愈率达90%。结论:应用股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折手术时间短、恢复下床时间早、治愈率高。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of proximal femoral nail anti-rotation in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly.Methods:20elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures were selected,all patients were treated with closed reduction and proximal femoral nail anti rotation,observed the effect.Results:After treatment,the cure rate was90%.Conclusion:Proximal femoral anti-rotation intramedullary nail in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of the femur has the advantages of short operation time,early recovery from bed and high cure rate.
