摘　　要：收治巨大胃结石导致肠坏死患者2例,结合文献进行探讨,探讨巨大胃结石导致严重并发症的治疗方法。经过早期诊断,积极救治,痊愈出院。巨大胃结石导致十二指肠及空肠坏死情况少见,经早期积极治疗,可以痊愈。2cases of intestinal necrosis caused by giant gastrolithiasis were treated.The treatment of severe complications caused by giant gastrolithiasis was discussed in combination with literature.After early diagnosis and active treatment,the patients were discharged from hospital.Giant gastrolithiasis leading to duodenal and jejunal necrosis is rare,after early active treatment,it can be cured.
