无创呼吸机治疗慢阻肺合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者的有效性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨无创呼吸机治疗慢阻肺合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者的效果及有效性。方法:收治慢阻肺合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者60例,随机分为参照组和治疗组。参照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用无创呼吸机治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率明显高于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗组动脉血氧分压明显高于参照组,动脉二氧化碳分压明显低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:无创呼吸机治疗慢阻肺合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者效果显著。Objective:To explore the effect and effectiveness of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with typeⅡrespiratory failure.Methods:60patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with typeⅡrespiratory failure were selected,they were randomly divided into the reference group and the treatment group.The reference group was treated with conventional treatment,the treatment group was treated with non-invasive ventilator on the basis of conventional treatment,we compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the treatment group,the total effective rate was significantly higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).In the treatment group,arterial oxygen partial pressure was significantly higher than the reference group,arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure was significantly lower than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with typeⅡrespiratory failure was significant.
