应用铍针治疗臀上皮神经卡压型急性腰扭伤的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察与验证董福慧教授铍针技术对臀上皮神经卡压型急性腰扭伤疼痛和运动功能的影响情况。方法:将臀上皮神经卡压型急性腰扭伤的患者68例随机分两组。治疗组采用铍针对局部进行针刺治疗,对照组口服洛芬待因片治疗,均治疗1周,观察治疗前后疗效、腰椎活动度(ROM)评分、腰部疼痛(VAS评分),以及现时疼痛强度(PPI)评级。结果:治疗组和对照组有效率分别为97.32%和79.25%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),ROM与VAS治疗前后,治疗组均显著低于对照组(P<0.01),PPI分级治疗组改善情况优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:董福慧教授铍针技术对臀上皮神经卡压型急性腰扭伤疼痛的缓解和运动功能的改善均具有明显效果,且安全有效。Objective:To observe and verify the effect of professor Dong Fuhui's sputum technique on pain and motor function of acute lumbar sprain due to compression of gluteal epithelium.Methods:68patients with acute lumbar sprain due to compression of gluteal epithelium were randomly divided into the two groups.The treatment group was treated with beryllium for local acupuncture,while the control group was treated by oral administration of ibuprofen codeine tablets,they were all treated for1week,the efficacy before and after treatment,lumbar spine activity(ROM)score,lumbar pain(VAS score),and current pain intensity(PPI)rating were observed.Results:The effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were97.32%and79.25%respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).ROM and VAS were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group before and after treatment(P<0.01),the improvement of PPI grading treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Professor Dong Fuhui's sputum technique has obvious effects on the relief of pain and motor function of gluteal epithelial nerve compression type acute lumbar sprain injury,and it is safe and effective.
