腰痹颗粒治疗腰椎骨性关节炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨腰痹颗粒治疗腰椎骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:收治腰椎骨性关节炎患者60例,随机分为两组。对照组给予独活寄生颗粒治疗,治疗组给予腰痹颗粒治疗,比较两组VAS疼痛评分、总有效率。结果:治疗组治疗后VAS评分低于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腰痹颗粒治疗腰椎骨性关节炎临床疗效显著。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect observation on Yaobi granule in the treatment of lumbar osteoarthritis.Methods:60 cases of patients with lumbar osteoarthritis were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with Duhuo Jisheng granule,the treatment group was treated with Yaobi granule,the VAS pain score and total effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and thetotal effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yaobi granule was effective in the treatment of lumbar osteoarthritis.
