摘　　要：目的:探讨七宝美髯丹合枇杷清肺饮加减治疗脂溢性脱发的临床疗效。方法:收治脂溢性脱发患者106例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用七宝美髯丹合枇杷清肺饮口服治疗,对照组采用养血生发胶囊口服治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组,复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:七宝美髯丹合枇杷清肺饮加减治疗脂溢性脱发疗效显著,复发率低。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Qi Bao Mei Ran Dan combined with Pi Pa Qing Fei Yin in the treatment of seborrheic alopecia.Methods:106patients with seborrheic alopecia were selected,they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was treated with Qi Bao Mei Ran Dan combined with Pi Pa Qing Fei Yin,while the control group was treated with Yang Xue Sheng Fa Capsule,we compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:In the treatment group,the total effective rate was significantly better than that in the control group,and the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Qi Bao Mei Ran Dan combined with Pi Pa Qing Fei Yin in the treatment of seborrheic alopecia was significant,the recurrence rate was low.
