摘　　要：目的:探讨红藤汤保留灌肠合并微波理疗综合治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法:收治慢性盆腔炎患者85例,采用红藤汤保留灌肠合并微波理疗综合治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:85例患者治愈率84.71%,好转率12.94%,总有效率97.65%。结论:应用红藤汤保留灌肠合并微波理疗综合治疗慢性盆腔炎,可明显提高治愈率,避免应用抗生素所带来的不良后果。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Hong Teng Tang retention enema combined with microwave physiotherapy in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:85patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were selected,they were treated with Hong Teng Tang retention enema combined with microwave physiotherapy,we observed the therapeutic effect.Results:The cure rate was84.71%.Conclusion:The application of Hong Teng Tang retention enema combined with microwave physiotherapy in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can obviously improve the cure rate and avoid the adverse effects caused by the application of antibiotics.
