摘　　要：目的:探讨乙肝病毒DNA(HBV-DNA)与乙肝五项指标异常模式。方法:用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测HBV-DNA,用超敏化学发光方法检测乙肝两对半。结果:乙肝感染282例,未感染乙肝11例,HBsAb阳性5例。结论:HBV-DNA与乙肝五项指标结合检测具有重要的临床意义。Objective:To investigate the abnormal patterns of hepatitis B virus DNA(HBV-DNA)and five indexes of hepatitis B virus(HBV).Methods:HBV-DNA was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR and hepatitis B in half were detected by hypersensitive chemiluminescence.Results:282cases had hepatitis B infection,11cases were not infected with hepatitis B,and5cases were positive for HBsAb.Conclusion:The detection of hepatitis B virus DNA(HBV-DNA)and five indexes of hepatitis B virus(HBV)was of great clinical significance.
