摘  要:目的:探讨品管圈(QCC)在降低住院糖尿病患者胰岛素笔针头重复使用率中的应用效果。方法:内分泌科护士组成品管圈,按照QCC活动步骤,调查糖尿病患者重复使用胰岛素针头现状、原因,设定目标,制定对策并实施,进行效果评价。结果:糖尿病患者胰岛素笔针头重复使用率由活动前的88.3%降低到活动后的28.5%。结论:品管圈在降低糖尿病患者胰岛素笔针头重复使用率中效果显著。Objective:To explore the application effect of quality control circle(QCC)in reducing the reuse rate of insulin pen needle in diabetic inpatients.Methods:According to QCC activity steps,the nurses in department of endocrinology formed quality control circle and investigated the reuse rate status and causes of insulin pen needle in patients with diabetes mellitus,set goals,formulated countermeasures and implement,and evaluated the effect.Results:The reuse rate of insulin pen needle in patients with diabetes mellitus decreased from 88.3% before exercise to 28.5% after exercise.Conclusion:QCC was effective in reducing the the reuse rate of insulin pen needle in diabetic inpatients.
