摘　　要：目的:探讨精神科开放病房危险物品的管理改进对策。方法:收治开放式精神科住院患者60例,随机分为两组。对照组给予传统方法管理危险物品,观察组给予新方法管理危险物品,比较两组危险物品检出率。结果:观察组危险物品检出率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:严格的危险物品检查制度和规范的管理制度有效地减少了危险物品带入病房,预防了意外事故的发生。Objective:To explore the countermeasures for improving the management of dangerous goods in open wards of psychiatric department.Methods:60 cases of inpatients in open wards of psychiatric department were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given traditional methods to manage dangerous goods,and the observation group was given new methods to manage dangerous goods,the detection rate of dangerous goods was compared between the two groups.Results:The detection rate of dangerous goods in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strict inspection system and standardized management system of dangerous goods reduced the risk of dangerous goods into the ward effectively and prevented the occurrence of accidents.
