摘 要:热电母管制背压机组在多炉多机并列运行时,任一汽机遮断或任一锅炉主要辅机跳闸都会对整个热力系统产生影响,控制不当将直接危及机组的运行安全,影响热用户的生产安全。依托某3×480 t/h超高温高压燃煤锅炉+2×50 MW抽背式汽轮发电机组热电联产项目,当汽机遮断或锅炉主要辅机跳闸时,采用自动快速减负荷运行设计理念,同时维持热网供汽的控制技术,使机组能够在短时间内平稳降至安全运行区域,避免人为操作风险和热网用户损失。In main-pipeline back-pressure thermal power plant,multi-boilers and multi-steam turbines are in parallel operation.Any turbine trip or the main auxiliary machine trip of any boiler has an impact on the whole thermal system and improper control may directly jeopardize the operation safety of the unit and affect the safety of heat users.Based on a thermal power unit project of 3×480t/h ultra high temperature and high pressure coal fired boilers and 2×50MW bleeding back-pressure steam turbines,the RB control technology of decreasing load rapidly and maintaining steam supply for the heating network are applied when the turbine trip or the main auxiliaries trip,so that the unit can be smoothly reduced to the safe operation mode in a short time,avoiding the artificial operation risk and the loss of users of the heating network.
