品管圈在提高鼻部手术术后患者半坐卧位依从率的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动在提高鼻部手术术后患者半坐卧位依从率的应用。方法成立品管圈活动小组,确定提高鼻部手术术后患者半坐卧位依从率为活动主题,按照品管圈活动步骤进行,分析导致鼻部手术术后患者半坐卧位依从率低的原因,针对原因拟定改进对策并实施,比较品管圈活动前后鼻部手术术后患者半坐卧位依从率。结果实施品管圈活动后,鼻部手术术后患者半坐卧位依从率由90.18%提高到98.18%,活动前后比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论品管圈活动可提高鼻部手术术后患者半坐卧位依从率,提高了全体护士的工作水平和解决问题的能力。Objective To explore the application of quality control circle activity in improving the compliance rate of patients in semi-sitprone position after nasal operation.Methods The quality control circle activity group was established and the theme of the activity was to improve the compliance rate of patients in semi-sitprone position after nasal operation.The activity was conducted in accordance with the steps of quality control circle activity.The reasons for the low compliance rate of patients in semi-sitprone position after nasal operation were analyzed and improvement measures were proposed and implemented according to the reasons.The compliance rate of patients in semisitprone position after nasal operation before and after quality control circle activity was compared.Results After implementation of quality control circle activity,the compliance rate of patients in semi-sitprone position after nasal operation was increased from 90.18%to 98.8%.There were statistically significant differences before and after the activity(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality control circle activity can improve the compliance rate of patients in semisitprone position after nasal operation and improve the working level of all nurses and their ability to solve problems.
