数字化背景下日本呈缴本制度考察

摘　　要：日本现行的呈缴本制度是1948年2月通过的《国立国会图书馆法》中规定的,之后又进行了多次修订和补充,主要内容是规定日本国内发行的出版物要依法呈缴给日本国立国会图书馆。呈缴本制度是日本国立国会图书馆文献资源建设的重要保障。随着科学技术的迅猛发展,网络信息资源数量增多,电子出版行业势头强劲,文献资源的载体有了新的变化。为对各载体类型的文献资源进行全面收集,近年来日本的呈缴本制度又有了新的动向。本文首先阐述日本现行呈缴本制度的发展历程及主要内容,然后对呈缴本制度内容变化的背景环境即日本出版业的新形势进行简单介绍,最后考察数字化背景下日本呈缴本制度的新动向。The legal deposit system mandates that copies of all new publications published in Japan must be sent to the National Diet Library(NDL)in accordance with the"National Diet Library Law"passed in Feb,1948,modified and supplemented afterwards.It helps to ensure that the nation's publications are collected systematically.With the rapid development of science and technology,online resource increases,electronic publishing industry grows significantly and there are new carriers for literature resources.In order to comprehensively collect publications of all types,legal deposit system in Japan has been developed in recent years.This paper is designated to elaborate the development process and the main content of legal deposit system in Japan,introduce its background,the new situation of Japan's publishing industry,and finally,analyze the new trend of legal deposit system under digitalization background in Japan.
