摘　　要：开展全民阅读是提高国民素质,增强国家实力的基本国策。本文通过对近十年我国国民阅读情况调查的研究,分析了目前我国成年国民阅读的基本状况及其成因,揭示了我国全民阅读活动的兴起、发展与进步的客观规律,重新认识了传统纸质媒介与新媒体数字化媒介之间的辩证关系。基于"互联网+"环境,国民阅读方式和阅读内容发生了根本变化,新老阅读媒介相互借鉴和融合成为当今全民阅读的突出特点。Carrying out reading for all is a basic national policy to improve the quality of the people and strengthen the country's strength.This paper,through the research on the survey of Chinese national reading in the past decade,analyzes the basic situation of adult national reading in China and its causes,revealing the objective law of the rise,development and progress of reading activities in China,re-recognizing the dialectical relationship between traditional paper media and digital media.Based on the"Internet+"environment,the national reading style and reading content have undergone fundamental changes.The mutual learning and integration of old and new reading media has become a prominent feature of today's national reading.
