摘  要:针对节段预制拼装桥墩在地震中墩顶位移需求大、能耗小而不能在高烈度区推广问题,提出一种螺栓连接预制节段的耗能限位装置。以某特大桥的一联三跨为例,建立预制拼装钢管混凝土桥墩连续梁的全桥有限元模型。预制桥墩分别采用无耗能、墩底内置耗能钢筋及节段间设置限位螺栓,计算分析了限位螺栓连接预制桥墩的地震响应,对比了3种不同桥墩构造的减震性能。研究结果表明:节段间采用限位螺栓连接桥墩可提高结构的能耗,大幅降低墩顶位移需求,使震后残余位移较小,能显著提高桥墩侧向强度和抗弯能力,震后可修复性好。In order to solve the problem that the displacement of pier top of precast segmental assembly pier is large and the energy dissipation capacity is small during the earthquake so that it can not be popularized in highland seismic area,a device for connecting prefabricated segmental piers with a limited bolt is proposed to coordinate the deformation between the segments of piers and to consume the energy generated by earthquakes.One part of the large bridge selected is of3spans in one continuous unit,and three kinds of full-bridge models which consist of segmental assembled concrete-filled steel tube pier are established,the piers with no energy dissipation device,the inner energy dissipation steel bar at the bottom of the pier and the limited bolt between the segments are used for three models,respectively.The seismic response of prefabricated pier connected with a limited bolt is calculated and analyzed,and the earthquake resistant performance of three different pier structures is compared.The results show that the pier with a limited bolt connection can improve the energy dissipation capacity of the structure,and the demand of pier top displacement is decreased obviously,and the residual displacement is small after the earthquake.At the same time,the lateral stiffness and bending ability of the pier can be significantly improved,and the repairability of the pier is ideal after the earthquake.
