摘 要:根据南水北调尾水导流工程建设及运行管理的调研情况,总结出了该工程存在水质不能持续稳定达标、工程存在环境风险、功能区水质目标不一、分质分管道供水系统尚未形成、基础设施建设力度不够及尾水资源化利用水平不高等六大问题。针对这些问题从工程运行管理和后续工程建设两方面提出了优化方案及建议。According to the investigation and research on the construction and operation management of the tailwater diversion project of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,it is concluded that the project has six problems:water quality can not continue to reach the standard,the project has environmental risks,the water quality objectives of the functional area are different,the water supply system of the sub-division pipeline has not yet formed,the infrastructure construction is insufficient,and the utilization level of tailwater resources is not high.In response to these problems,the optimization plan and suggestions are proposed from the aspects of engineering operation management and follow-up engineering construction.
