摘　　要：目的研究和分析中医治疗病毒感染后嗅觉障碍(postviral olfactory dysfunction, PVOD)的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2017-01～2018-01期间门诊治疗的8例PVOD患者资料,所有病例在治疗期间不再应用西药,8例口服"宣肺通窍汤"加减及熏鼻外治,2例另加针刺治疗。记录患者从开始中医治疗到出现嗅觉改善或嗅觉恢复的时间,并由患者分别在治疗前、后行嗅觉功能主观测试VAS评分。结果本次研究的8例PVOD患者均为上呼吸道感染以后出现的双侧嗅觉障碍,5例嗅觉丧失,2例嗅觉减退,1例嗅觉、味觉均丧失;男性1例,女性7例;年龄24～59岁,中位年龄39.5岁;病程1月～6月,平均病程3.13月;疗程4～16周,平均7.0周;8例中治愈7例,改善1例。结论本研究提示中医的综合治疗对于PVOD有确切的临床疗效。Objective To study and analyze the therapeutic effect of postviral olfactory dysfunction(PVOD)treated by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Methods A retrospective analysis of8cases of PVOD patients in outpatient treatment was analyzed from2017.1to2018.1.All cases were no longer applied to western medicine during the treatment,8cases were treated with oral"Xuan Fei Tong Qiao"and inhaling the drug's steam,and2cases were treated with acupuncture.The time from the start of TCM treatment to the improvement of olfactory or olfactory recovery was recorded,and the VAS score was subjectively tested by the patient before and after treatment.Results In this study,8cases of PVOD patients were diagnosed with bilateral olfactory dysfunction after upper respiratory infection,5cases of anosmia,2 cases of hyposmia,1case of anosmia and ageusia,1male and 7 female;Aged 24 to 59,average age is39.5;?The duration of the course from1month to6months,and the median course of disease was3.13months.Treatment duration:from4to16weeks,average7.0weeks;7cases were cured in8cases,1case was improved.Conclusion This study suggested that the comprehensive treatment of TCM had a definite therapeutic effect on PVOD.
