鼻内镜下老年高血压性鼻出血治疗的临床护理分析

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内镜下电凝止血术治疗老年高血压性鼻出血的临床护理措施。方法选择2016年1月～2017年12月我科收治的156例老年高血压性鼻出血患者,对全部患者进行术前护理、术中护理、术后护理及康复指导四个阶段进行护理措施总结分析。结果采用局麻鼻内镜下电凝止血术156例老年人高血压性鼻出血患者治愈率100%,住院时间均为24小时,术后随访1月无1例发生再出血。结论鼻内镜下电凝止血术治疗老年高血压性鼻出血效果显著,手术前后护理人员积极做好各项护理,不但能让病人更易接受鼻内镜微创手术,更能赢得患者的信任积极配合医护工作,减少和避免并发症的发生,提高治疗效果。Objective To summarize the clinical nursing management of the aged who were with hypertensive nose bleed and cured by nasal endoscopic electrocoagulation.Methods Choosing 156 elderly patients with hypertensive nose bleed and analyzing mainly on the nursing procedure before,during and after the surgery.Results It was showed that the cure rate of the 156 elderly patients who received the nasal endoscopic electrocoagulation was 100% and the average duration of hospitalization was 24 hours.None of the patients occurred nose bleed in one month.Conclusion The surgery,nasal endoscopic electrocoagulation to stop bleeding,had a significant effect on curing hypertensive nose bleed for the aged.The careful nursing management taken before and after the operation could make patients accept the minimally invasive surgery easier,but also achieve the cooperation of the patients,which could effectively reduce the complications and improve the treatment.
