摘　　要：目的探究胃癌根治切除术联合5-氟尿嘧啶治疗老年胃癌患者的临床疗效及对免疫功能的影响。方法本次研究收取2014年10月18日—2016年12月26日老年胃癌患者100例,后对收取对象进行随机分组,即观察组采用胃癌根治切除术联合5-氟尿嘧啶治疗;对照组实施胃癌根治切除术治疗,对两组术后生存率及对免疫功能进行观察和分析。结果观察组老年胃癌患者术后生存率均高于对照组,P<0.05。观察组老年胃癌患者免疫功能指标水平均低于对照组,两组间相比较,P<0.05。结论胃癌根治切除术联合5-氟尿嘧啶治疗老年胃癌患者疗效显著,术后生存率较高。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of radical gastrectomy combined with 5-fluorouracil in the treatment of elderly patients with gastric cancer and its influence on immune function.Methods 100 elderly patients with gastric cancer were enrolled in this study from October 18,2014 to December 26,2016.The subjects were randomly divided into two groups:observation group,radical gastrectomy combined with 5-fluorouracil,control group,radical gastrectomy,survival rate and immunity.Epidemic function was observed and analyzed.Results The survival rate of the elderly patients with gastric cancer in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The level of immune function in the elderly patients with gastric cancer in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Radical resection of gastric cancer combined with 5-fluorouracil in the treatment of elderly patients with gastric cancer is effective,postoperative survival rate is higher.
