摘  要:目的建立HPLC方法同时测定小儿退热口服液中绿原酸、栀子苷、黄芩苷和丹皮酚含量。方法采用Welch Ultimate XB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;以甲醇-0.2%磷酸为流动相,梯度洗脱;流速:1.0 ml/min;检测波长:绿原酸为330 nm,栀子苷为240 nm,黄芩苷、丹皮酚为278 nm。结果绿原酸在0.35~17.29μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=1),平均加样回收率为100.57%,RSD为1.41%(n=6);栀子苷在2.43~121.56μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为99.95%,RSD为0.15%(n=6);黄芩苷在3.36~169.84μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为100.29%,RSD为1.17%(n=6);丹皮酚在0.51~25.18μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),平均加样回收率为101.06%,RSD为1.51%(n=6)。结论该方法简单、准确、灵敏,重现性好,适用于小儿退热口服液的质量控制。Objective To develop HPLC methods for simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid,gardenoside,baicalin,paeonol in xiao’er tuire koufuye.Methods The four target ingredients were separated on Welch Ultimate XB-C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)and flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.methanol-0.2%phosphate solution was used as mobile phase at the detect wavelength chlorogenic acid at 330 nm,gardenoside at 240 nm,baicalin and paeonol at 278 nm.Results The linear ranges of chlorogenic acid was 0.35~17.29μg/ml(r=1).The average was 100.57%with RSD of 1.41%(n=6).The linear ranges of gardenosidewas 2.43~121.56μg/ml(r=0.999 9).The average was 99.95%with RSD of 0.15%(n=6).The linear ranges of baicalinwas 13.36~169.84μg/ml(r=0.999 9).The average was 100.29%with RSD of 1.17%(n=6).The linear ranges of paeonol was 0.51~25.18μg/ml(r=0.999 8).The average was 101.06%with RSD of 1.51%(n=6).Conclusion The method is simple,sensitive,accurate with good reproducibility,and can be applied to the quality of xiao’er tuire koufuye.
