中医综合疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的研究中医综合疗法对治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法选取2017年3月—2018年3月我院收治的神经根型颈椎病患者200例。依据随机数字表法把患者分成两个组。常规颈椎牵引治疗对照组,口服扶他林片等药物。观察组患者在常规治疗基础上,采用中医综合疗法治疗4周后,对两组患者的疗效、疼痛评分及复发情况进行对比。结果治疗后,观察组患者的有效率高于对照组,疼痛评分低于对照组,复发情况低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医综合疗法可有效治疗神经根型颈椎病。Objective To study the effect of TCM comprehensive therapy on the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods 200 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected.Patients were divided into two groups according to a random number table method.Conventional cervical traction treatment for the control group,oral futalin tablets and other drugs.On the basis of conventional treatment,the patients in the observation group were compared with the two groups of patients after 4 weeks of treatment,and the efficacy,pain score and recurrence of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the pain score was significantly lower than that of the control group.The recurrence was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM comprehensive therapy can effectively treat cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
