摘  要:目的评价全身弥散加权成像与同位素骨扫描诊断乳腺癌骨转移结果。方法选取2013年7月—2014年7月我院收治的乳腺癌骨转移患者50例,采用同位素骨扫描诊断、全身弥漫加权成像,对比两种措施的检出率。结果经过调查,全身弥漫加权成像检出率高于同位素骨扫描诊断,组间对比差异具有统计学意义,P <0.05。结论在乳腺癌骨转移诊断的过程中,采用全身弥散加权成像诊断方式,能够预防辐射危害,增加检查范围,提升敏感性与检出率,具有较高的广泛应用优势。Objective To evaluate the results of whole body diffusion weighted imaging and isotope bone scan in the diagnosis of breast cancer with bone metastases.Methods From July 2013 to July 2014,50 patients with bone metastases from breast cancer were selected.Isotopic bone scan and whole body diffusion weighted imaging were used to compare the detection rates of the two methods.Results After investigation,the detection rate of whole body diffusion weighted imaging was higher than that of isotope bone scan,and the difference between groups,P<0.05.Conclusion In the process of diagnosis of bone metastasis of breast cancer,the whole body diffusion weighted imaging can prevent radiation damage,increase the scope of examination,enhance sensitivity and detection rate,and has a higher widespread application advantage.
