综合康复护理对大面积烧伤患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的综合康复护理对大面积烧伤患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2016年9月—2018年3月收治的大面积烧伤患者100例进行研究,抽签分组为常规组(n=50)和综合组(n=50),分别施加常规康复护理和综合康复护理,比较两组患者生活质量。结果常规组、综合组大面积烧伤患者护理满意度分别为78.00%、94.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后,综合组患者一般健康状态评分、躯体功能评分、心理功能评分、社会功能评分分别为(37.31±9.55)分、(28.31±8.72)分、(48.41±12.37)分、(60.13±15.67)分,均高于常规组患者(P <0.05)。结论综合康复护理对大面积烧伤患者护理干预效果显著,能有效提高患者护理满意度和生活质量。Objective The effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on the quality of life of patients with massive burns.Methods A total of 100 cases of large-area burn patients admitted between September 2016 and March 2018 were selected for the study.They were divided into conventional group(n=50)and comprehensive group(n=50)by lot.Routine rehabilitation nursing and comprehensive rehabilitation nursing were applied respectively to compare the quality of life of patients in the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of patients with lar ge burns in the conventional group and the comprehensive group was 78.00%and 94.00%,respectively,with significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the general health status,somatic function,psychological function and social function of the patients in the comprehensive group were respectively(37.31±9.55),(28.31±8.72),(48.41±12.37)and(60.13±15.67),which were all higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing has significant effect on nursing intervention of patients with large area of burns,and can effectively improve patients'nursing satisfaction and life quality.
