摘　　要：目的探讨风险管理联合Braden评估表在脑卒中预防压疮中的应用效果。方法在泉州市第一医院神经内科2015年2月—2017年12月诊治的脑卒中患者中选取120例作研究对象,并按护理管理方式不同分组:对照组(n=60)应用常规压疮护理,研究组(n=60)则应用风险管理联合Braden评估表干预,就两组患者压疮发生率、护理综合质量以及护理满意度进行统计学分析。结果(1)研究组患者的压疮发生率是3.3%,与对照组患者压疮发生率15.0%相比较低(P <0.05);(2)研究组患者平均护理综合质量评分是(93.4±2.8)分,高于对照组的(84.7±5.4)分(P <0.05);(3)研究组患者的护理满意度是100.0%,高于对照组的91.7%(P<0.05)。结论风险管理联合Braden评估表在脑卒中预防压疮中的应用效果肯定,护理综合质量水平较高,并能提升患者满意度,可借鉴。Objective To explore the application of risk management combined with Braden assessment table in prevention of pressure ulcer in stroke patients.Methods 120 cases of cerebral apoplexy were selected from the neurology department of Quanzhou first hospital from February 2015 to December 2017,and 120 cases were selected and divided into different groups according to the nursing management methods:the control group(n=60)was treated with conventional pressure sores,and the study group(n=60)was treated with the risk management combined with the Braden assessment table,and the 2 groups were affected.The incidence of pressure ulcer,nursing comprehensive quality and nursing satisfaction were statistically analyzed.Results(1)The incidence of pressure sore in the study group was 3.3%,which was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The average nursing quality score of the study group was(93.4±2.8)scores(93.4±2.8),which was higher than that of the control group(84.7±5.4)(P<0.05).(3)The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 100%,high.In the control group,91.7%(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of risk management combined with Braden assessment table in stroke prevention pressure sore is positive,the level of comprehensive nursing quality is high,and the satisfaction of patients can be improved,which can be used for reference.
