摘 要:针对克拉美丽气田钻井地层易漏易塌,储层污染严重,储层保护难度大,气藏水锁伤害严重等问题,开展了低伤害钻井液体系优化研究。结果表明,优化后的钻井液体系性能稳定,抗温性可达140℃以上,一次二次滚动回收率高,抑制性强,能有效稳定井壁;润滑性优良,能有效预防卡钻等复杂;实现了储层的有效保护与暴露,水锁损害降低,满足克拉美丽山前区块的钻井工程需要。There are some problems in Kelameili gas field,such as complicated pressure system,easy to leak and collapse,serious reservoir pollution,difficult to protect reservoir,serious damage to water blocking in gas reservoir and so on,which hinder safe and fast drilling in the Kelameili area.To solve the above problems,the optimization research of low damage drilling fluid system was carried out.The result shows that the drilling fluid system has stable performance,high temperature resistance up to140℃,high recovery rate of one and two times,strong inhibition,effective stability of the wellbore.The lubricating property is excellent,besides,it can effectively reduce the torque and friction,and prevent the complexity,like sticking accidents.The effective protection and exposure of the reservoir has been realized,then water lock damage is reduced,which meets drilling engineering needs in Kelameili area.
