摘 要:优选X型、F型、C2型和N型四种SAN树脂按照一定比例掺混到通用ABS树脂中,研究基体SAN树脂相对分子质量和丙烯腈含量对ABS树脂性能的影响。实验结果表明:适当提高基体SAN树脂的相对分子质量,调节丙烯腈含量,使其接近接枝SAN的丙烯腈含量,有利于改善ABS树脂的冲击强度。掺混配方实验证明,当ABS粉料∶H型SAN树脂∶N型SAN树脂为40∶50∶10时,制得的ABS树脂综合性能最为理想,冲击强度达到30 k J/m2,熔体流动速率为1. 04 g/10 min。Four types of SAN resins,including X,F,C2 and N,were blended into the universal ABS resins to study the effect of the molecular weight and the content of acrylonitrile of the SAN resins on the properties of the ABS resins.The experimental results showed that the impact strength of ABS resin could be improved by improving the molecular mass of the SAN resin,adjusting the acrylonitrile content which was close to the acrylonitrile content of grafted SAN.The mixing experiment proved that when ABS powder:H SAN resin:N SAN resin was 40:50:10,the impact strength reached 30 kJ/m 2,and the flow rate was 1.04 g/10 min.
