摘 要:本文对晶粒直径对Cu-Ni-Si合金冲压成型性的影响做了研究。实验过程中,对厚度为0.6mm的硬态Cu-NiSi合金,分别进行850℃、800℃、750℃的固溶处理,然后经冷轧加工到0.3mm,在进行不同温度下的时效处理。研究固溶+时效后的材料晶粒度对材料冲压成型性的影响。结果 :合金经固溶处理后,硬度、强度明显下降,随着固溶温度的降低,材料晶粒度明显下降。合金经固溶时效后,材料的硬度、强度明显升高。固溶时效后晶粒直径越小,材料的冲压成型性越好,能承受的R/T值越小,成型性越好。The effect of grain diameter on the forming properties of Cu-Ni-Si alloy was studied.Experiments,the thickness of 0.6 mm hard Cu-Ni-Si alloy,respectively for 850℃,800℃,750℃ solution processing,cold rolling process to 0.3 mm,then the aging treatment in different temperature.The effect of grain size of solid solution+aging material on stamping properties was studied.The results showed that the hardness and strength of the alloy decreased obviously after solid solution treatment,and the grain size of the material decreased obviously with the decrease of solid solution temperature.After solid solution aging,the hardness and strength of the alloy increased obviously.The smaller the grain diameter after solid solution aging,the better the stamping molding quality of the material,the smaller the R/T value that can be borne,and the better the molding performance.
