摘　　要：山西、河南、陕西3省交界的三角区域旅游资源丰富,但旅游开发滞后。根据黄河金三角地区旅游资源概况及旅游业的发展现状,基于点轴理论,认为该地区应以运城、渭南作为中心城市,以大西高铁、黄河作为发展主轴线,实现旅游业从点到面的扩散发展;豫晋陕黄河金三角区域旅游业合作应从省内合作扩大到省际合作,加强与西北5省区的合作,最终与"丝绸之路"沿线国家合作,实现三步走战略。Golden Triangle area of Jin Shaan Yu has many tourist resources.However,the development of tourism is not so good.According to the general situation of tourism resources and the development of tourism in Golden Triangle area of the Yellow River Province,based on"Pole-Axis"system theory,The development of the area should take Yun cheng and Wei nan as the central cities;Da-Xi high-speed rail,the Yellow River as the main axis of development in order to achieve the target of development from point to the whole area.Regional tourism cooperation in the Golden Triangle of the Yu-Jin-Shaan-Yellow River should be expanded from intraregional cooperation to inter-provincial cooperation;then strengthening cooperation with the five provinces and regions in Northwest China;Eventually,the countries along the silk road will cooperate.This three step strategy should be realized.
