摘　　要：基于反作用力技术研制海上称重系统自动化检测装置,应用于海上混凝土配料秤自动检测,其克服了传统的砝码检测技术的缺点,具有良好的精度、重复性、稳定性。该装置主要由载荷自动加载设备、高精度标准测力计、配套支撑架和系统软件组成,可以实现对称重系统的实时高效准确检测,为海上称重系统提供技术保障,推动海上生产、贸易的研究和发展,具有巨大的经济效益和社会效益。The automatic detection device for offshore weighing system is developed on the reaction force technology,which is applied to offshore concrete batching scale.It overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional weight detection technology,and has good accuracy,reproducibility and stability.The device is mainly composed of automatic loading equipment,high precision standard dynamometer,supporting frame and system software.It can realize real-time,efficient and accurate detection of weighing systems,and provide technical support for offshore weighing system.Thus it can promote the research and development of marine production and trade,and have great economic and social benefits.
