慢性心力衰竭患者心功能与胱抑素C和超敏肌钙蛋白T的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性心力衰竭患者的心功能和胱抑素C以及超敏肌钙蛋白T之间的相关性。方法选取我院在2016年1月至2017年12月期间接受治疗的慢性心力衰竭患者80例作为研究对象,另取同期进行体检的正常人群30例作为对照组。观察和比较慢性心力衰竭患者与健康人群之间不同心功能分级患者之间的胱抑素C、超敏肌钙蛋白T、LVEF和LVEDD的差异,并分析胱抑素C、超敏肌钙蛋白T与LVEF和LVEDD之间的相关性。结果慢性心力衰竭组胱抑素C、超敏肌钙蛋白T的水平和LVEDD显著高于对照组(P<0.05),LVEF水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);心功能Ⅳ级患者的胱抑素C、超敏肌钙蛋白T水平、LVEDD显著高于心功能Ⅱ～Ⅲ级患者,LVEF水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);胱抑素C和超敏肌钙蛋白T与LVEDD呈正相关(P<0.05),与LVEF呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论慢性心力衰竭患者的胱抑素C和超敏肌钙蛋白T水平与心力衰竭严重程度呈正相关,两个指标均能反映患者的心功能变化情况。Objective To investigate the correlation between cardiac function and cystatin C and troponin T in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods Eighty patients with chronic heart failure who were treated in our hospital from January2016to December2017were selected as the study subjects,and30normal people who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.To observe and compare the differences of cystatin C,thyrotropin T,LVEF,and LVEDD between patients with chronic heart failure and healthy people,and to analyze cystatin C and calcium The correlation between protein T and LVEF and LVEDD.Results The levels of cystatin C,troponin T,and LVEDD in patients with chronic heart failure were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the LVEF levels were significantly lower in the patients with chronic heart failure(P<0.05);Patients'cystatin C,troponin T levels,and LVEDD were significantly higher than patients with gradeⅠ~Ⅲheart function.LVEF levels were significantly lower than those in controls(P<0.05);cystatin C and calcium in patients with hypersensitivity Protein T was positively correlated with LVEDD(P<0.05)and negatively correlated with LVEF(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of cystatin C and high-sensitivity troponin T in patients with chronic heart failure are positively correlated with the severity of heart failure.Both indicators can reflect the change of heart function in patients.
