摘　　要：目的探讨两种体位采集对核素胃排空显像结果的影响研究。方法选取2014年6月至2017年12月,本院门诊及住院患者36例,随机分为两组,站立组18例,男9例,女9例;仰卧组18例,男8例,女10例,分别行胃排空放射性核素显像,得到两组患者的半排时间和胃排空率。结果站立组、仰卧组显像结果在15min时差异无统计学意义,30min至60min站立组胃排空速率大于仰卧组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同体位对胃排空显像的结果影响极显著,因此建立自己的参考值非常重要。Objective To study the gastric emptying imaging results in two types of positions.Methods 36 cases of patient were divided into the standing group and the supination group with 18 cases each.There were 9 males and 9 females in the standing group,and 8 males and 10 females in the supination group.Using the gastric emptying imaging,we obtained T 1/2 and Get(%)for both groups.Results There was no significant difference at 15 min between the two groups,while from 30 min to 60 min,the gastric emptying rate of the standing imaging was greater than the supination imaging,(P<0.05).Conclusion Different positioning will cause significant differences in the results of gastric emptying imaging.Using unique reference value for each category is very important.
