摘 要:文章以某1000MW汽轮机高压末三级为研究对象,在隔板汽封及径向汽封间隙一定的条件下,改变平衡孔面积,在多级空气透平试验台上对透平级性能进行测试,研究平衡孔面积变化对级段效率、反动度等气动性能的影响,另外还对不同平衡孔孔径进行不同隔板汽封间隙的性能试验,同时建立单级数值模型分析平衡孔面积的变化对级间流场的影响机理。结果表明:随着平衡孔孔径及面积的增大,根部反动度逐渐减小,级段效率明显增加,当平衡孔面积到一定程度后,级段效率开始缓慢下降,存在最佳平衡孔面积范围使得级间气流流动损失最小,级段效率达到最佳;设计平衡孔面积时,适当增加平衡孔面积有利于减小隔板汽封漏气并能增加对级效率的影响。This paper takes the final three stages of 1 000 MW steam turbine as the study objects,in the conditions of fixed gap of diaphragm seal and radial seal,changes the balance hole area and tests the performance of the turbine stages on the multi-stage air turbine test rig,researches the influence of balance hole area on performances,such as efficiency,degree of reaction etc.In addition,the performance tests of the steam seal clearance of different spaces with different pore sizes are also carried out.At the same time,a single numerical model is establish to analyze the influence mechanism of the changes in balance hole area on the flow field,The results show that with the increase of balance hole area,the reaction of roots decreases gradually,the efficiency of the stage increases significantly,when the balance hole area reaches a certain extent,the efficiency of the stage decreases slowly,the existence of the best balance hole area makes the minimum flow loss between stages and the efficiency of the stage reaches the best.The proper increase of the balance hole area can reduce the leakage of steam seal and increase the effect on the stage efficiency in designing the balance hole area.
