超临界汽轮机组除氧器过载运行的分析及处理

摘　　要：除氧器在机组启动过程中一般遵循滑压运行进行投用的原则。在机组启动初期,机组处于空负荷阶段时,为了提高锅炉给水温度,需要提高除氧器内的凝结水温度,进而需要提高辅汽至除氧器的供汽流量和供汽压力以提高水温。如果在这种情况下操作不当很容易导致除氧器过载运行。文章描述了除氧器过载运行的原因并对其进行了分析,最后提出了一系列解决措施。The deaerator generally follows the principle of sliding pressure operation during unit start-up.In the inital stage of unit startup,the unit is in the empty load stage,in order to elevate temperature of the boiler feed water,the condensate water temperature in the deaerator shall be raised,and the heating flow and steam supply pressure from auxiliary steam to deaerator shall be increased to raise the water temperature.Improper operation in this case can easily lead to overload operation of the deaerator.This paper analyzes the reason of overload operation of deaerator and finally puts forward a series of solutions.
