摘　　要：为明确1%甲基二磺隆·双氟磺草胺可分散油悬浮剂对小麦田一年生杂草的防效及对小麦的安全性,采用随机区组试验设计方法进行田间药效试验。结果表明,1%甲基二磺隆·双氟磺草胺可分散油悬浮剂对小麦田主要杂草雀麦、播娘蒿、荠菜均有较好的防除效果,并且防效随着施药量的增加而提高;在有效成分用量为9、12、15 g a. i./hm^2条件下,施药后30 d对小麦田一年生杂草的鲜质量防效合计为85. 1%、89. 5%、94. 2%,防效较好,小麦的增产率分别为7. 84%、9. 03%、10. 39%;1%甲基二磺隆·双氟磺草胺可分散油悬浮剂在试验剂量下,于小麦苗后、杂草3～5叶期进行茎叶喷雾处理,对小麦安全,无药害发生,除草效果良好,并具有一定的增产作用。Field efficacy trials were conducted to corroborate the efficacy of mesosulfuron-methyl·florasulam 1% OD on annual weeds and and its selectivity to wheat.Mesosulfuron-methyl·florasulam1%OD provided excellent control of the main weeds,namely Bromus japonicus,Descurainia sophia,and Capsella bursa-pastoris,whose control as expected improved with dose increments.At 30 days after application,the efficacy of the formulation at 9,12,and 15g a.i./hm^2 based on average fresh weight was 85.1%,89.5%,and 94.2%,respectively,with concomitant,wheat yield increments of7.84%,9.03%,and 10.39%,respectively.At the testes doses,mesosulfuron-methyl·florasulam 1% OD was safe to field grown wheat at the 3 to 5 by foliage spraying thus confirming the formulated mixture is selective to wheat and effective for weed control with an associated increase in production.
