摘  要:用乙醇浸泡紫草,浓缩提取液得到紫草色素固体,然后分别制备高浓度紫草色素乙醇溶液和低浓度紫草色素乙醇溶液。建立小鼠上背部全层皮损模型(d=1 cm),并随机进行分组:高浓度给药组、低浓度给药组、模型对照组。损伤后对各组每天给予相应试剂,观察给药组与对照组小鼠伤口愈合情况,创伤后第60天,观察各组小鼠瘢痕形成情况,切下瘢痕皮肤作病理切片并观察比较。结果表明小鼠皮肤全层切除后,经过炎症,肉芽形成,最后瘢痕化形成较正常皮肤色红,质硬的增生性瘢痕,HE染色见表皮与真皮明显增厚,纤维组织增生明显,汗腺,毛囊,皮脂腺结构缺失。紫草色素给药组小鼠伤口愈合明显加快,瘢痕形成面积小,颜色浅,与正常皮肤边界不明显,HE染色见表皮与真皮稍增厚,纤维组织增生不明显,汗腺、毛囊、皮脂腺结构少数。紫草色素可明显抑制创伤后的炎症渗出,促进小鼠皮肤伤口的愈合,并抑制增生性瘢痕的形成,其机制可能与紫草抗炎,抑制胶原合成有关。The solid extraction of the Radix Arnebiae pigment is abstracted from soaked Shikonin in alcohol,then Saturated Radix Arnebiae pigment solution and half-Saturated Radix Arnebiae pigment solution were made by alcohol;Establish of the whole skin wound model on the upper back of the mice(d=1cm),then the mice were divided into three groups:high dose group,low dose group and model group.drugs were given daily on their wounds;On the60th day,mice were sacrified and scars were got to make pathological slices,and observed under microscope.The wounds of the mice was gradually formed the hypertrophic scars through inflammation,which were darker and harder than the normal skin.It is clear that the wounds of the mice in the drug-treated groups healed faster,and the hypertrophic scar were smaller,the color is lighter,the boundery were not obvious and What is more,the effect of the high dose group is better.The Radix Arnebiae pigment can promote the healing of the skin wounds of the mice significantly,it can inhibit the formation of the scar.This effect may be related to the anti-inflammatory pharmacological effects of Shikonin.
