摘　　要：采用GC方法,对杆菌肽锌生产过程中可能产生的挥发性杂质开展系统的考察和分析研究,并结合细菌类微生物代谢过程,查明了杆菌肽锌产品中挥发性杂质来源的主要途径及变化趋势,为进一步开展杆菌肽锌挥发性杂质残留安全性评价提供了数据支持。The volatile impurities produced in the production of bacitracin zinc are systematically investigated and analyzed by GC method,and the sources and trends of the unknown volatile impurities in bacitracin zinc are identified based on the metabolic process of bacterial microorganisms,which provided data support for further safety evaluation of bacitracin zinc volatile impurities residues.
