摘  要:目的观察关节镜下全内缝合治疗半月板关节囊分离的临床疗效。方法对13例半月板关节囊分离患者行关节镜下半月板全内缝合术。术后8个月,采用Lysholm评分、WOMAC评分及疼痛VAS评分评估膝关节功能,同时测量膝关节屈曲度,评价疗效。结果患者均完成关节镜下手术,手术时间0. 5~1 h,术中出血量10~20 ml,住院时间4~19 d。未出现下肢静脉栓塞及感染等并发症。患者均获得8个月随访。术后8个月,Lysholm评分、WOMAC评分、VAS评分、膝关节屈曲度均优于术前,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论关节镜下全内缝合治疗半月板关节囊分离是安全、微创、操作便利、固定稳定的方法,患者膝关节功能恢复良好。Objective To observe the clinical effect of total internal suture under arthroscope in the treatment of meniscus joint capsule separation.Methods Thirteen patients with meniscus arthrodesis were treated with arthroscopic meniscus total internal suture.Lysholm score,WOMAC score and pain VAS were used to evaluate the knee function at the eighth month after surgery,and the knee flexion angle was also measured to evaluate the efficacy.Results All patients completed arthroscopic surgery with intraoperative time of 0.5~1 h,intraoperative blood loss of 10~20 ml,length of hospital stay 4~19 d.There were no complications such as lower extremity venous embolism and infection.All patients were followed up for 8 months.Lysholm and WOMAC score,VAS and knee flexion angle were better than those before surgery,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Total internal suture under arthroscope is a safe,minimally invasive,convenient and stable method to treat meniscus capsule separation,and the knee function recover well.
