摘　　要：目的探讨肘关节内外侧入路结合双钢板内固定治疗肱骨远端C1、C2型骨折的疗效。方法采用肘关节内外侧入路结合双钢板内固定治疗30例肱骨远端C1、C2型骨折患者。结果 30例均获得随访,时间为10～24(15. 2±3. 5)个月。骨折愈合时间为9～21(15. 4±2. 0)周,无关节僵直、骨不连、感染、尺神经麻痹、异位骨化等并发症。末次随访时,Mayo肘关节功能评分标准(MEPS)评分为60～96(82. 6±7. 6)分,其中优5例,良22例,可3例,优良率为27/30(90%);肘关节屈伸活动度为80°～145°(112. 7°±14. 2°),前臂旋转活动度为140°～180°(161. 5°±6. 6°)。结论肘关节内外侧入路结合双钢板内固定治疗肱骨远端C1、C2型骨折术后并发症少,肘关节功能恢复良好,是一种较好的手术方法。Objective To investigate the effect of combined medial-lateral approachs with double plates internal fixation in treatment of type C1 and C2 distal humerus fractures.Methods A total of 30 patients for type C1 and C2 distal humerus fractures were operated by the combined medial-lateral approachs with double plates internal fixation.Results The 30 patients were followed up ranged from 10~24(15.2±3.5)months,and the healing time of fracture ranged from 9~21(15.4±2.0)weeks,without anchylosis,nonunion,infection,ulnar nerve palsies,heterotopic ossification and other complications.According to Mayo Elbow Performance Score(MEPS)of the last follow-up,the total score was 60~96(82.6±7.6)points,including the excellent of 5 cases,good of 22 cases and fair of 3 cases and the excellent and good rate up to 27/30(90%).The flexion-extension range of the elbow was 80°~145°(112.7°±14.2°),the pronation-supination range of the forearm was 140°~180°(161.5°±6.6°).Conclusions The combined medial-lateral approachs combined with double plates internal fixation in treatment of type C1 and C2 distal humerus fractures can achieve few postoperative complications,and the elbow joint function recovers well.Thus,the approach is a better orthopedic surgery.
