摘  要:以罗汉松为供试植物,设置3个不同施肥方式:常规施肥、常规施肥+猪粪、常规施肥+猪粪+菌剂,猪粪和菌剂分别设置3个不同浓度梯度的处理,研究罗汉松施肥1年后的土壤理化性质及生长情况。结果表明:施用猪粪可以提高土壤p H,提高土壤通气性、持水性和土壤肥力,且随着猪粪施用量的增加土壤改良效果越明显。与常规施肥+中量猪粪相比,配施微生物菌剂可以有效提高土壤速效磷和速效钾,对于罗汉松地径和冠幅的生长提升最大,地径和冠幅与常规施肥相比分别提高了10.83%和12.01%。猪粪处理和菌剂处理对罗汉松树高的影响无显著差异。此外,土壤孔隙度和持水量与罗汉松生长呈显著的正相关关系,与常规施肥相比配施菌剂处理土壤总孔隙度平均提高了37.36%,田间持水量平均提高了49.47%。通过配施菌剂减少化肥和有机肥的投入,既能满足罗汉松生长营养所需,还可以减少种植成本。研究结果对苗圃育苗和园林应用中罗汉松的施肥具有指导意义。In order to explore the effect of different fertilization models on soil physicochemical properties and growth of Podocarpus macrophyllus,three fertilization models were set up:conventional fertilization(L0),conventional fertilization+three levels of pig manure(L1,L2and L3),L2+three levels of microbial agents(J1,J2and J3).The results showed that application of pig manure could increase soil pH,improving soil aeration,water holding capacity and soil fertility,and the soil improving effect becomes more obvious with the increase of pig manure application rate.Compared with the model of conventional fertilization+medium-sized pig manure,microbial agents could effectively increase soil available phosphorus and available potassium,which had the greatest effect on the growth of the ground diameter and crown width of Podocarpus macrophyllus.Compared with conventional fertilization,the ground diameter and crown width increased by10.83%and12.01%.But there was no significant difference in the effect on the tree height between pig manure treatment and bacterial treatment.In addition,the soil porosity and water holding capacity were significantly positively correlated with the growth.Compared with conventional fertilization,the total soil porosity of the treated soil increased by37.36%,and the field water holding capacity increased by49.47%.The research results have guiding significance to fertilization for Podocarpus macrophyllus in nursery seedlings and garden applications.
