摘 要:环境与灾害监测预报小卫星星座A/B卫星(简称环境减灾一号A/B卫星)于2008年9月6日发射入轨,到2018年9月已经运行十年。十年来,作为我国环境与灾害监测预报首个专用卫星星座,双星一直在为我国环境保护、灾害监测及其他行业提供连续不断的可见光、红外及超光谱遥感数据信息。文章分析整理了十年来双星在轨星座运行情况、卫星供电情况及其他卫星主要功能状态,简述了成像任务及应用情况,分析提出了星座主要技术成果,总结了双星设计与在轨运行的成功经验,并对环境减灾后续卫星技术进行了分析与展望。The environment and disaster monitoring and forecasting small satellite constellation A and B small satellites(HJ-1A/1B satellites)was launched on September 6,2008.The in-orbit movement of HJ-1A/1B satellites has been 10 years until September 6,2018.As the first special satellite constellation for the Chinese environment and disaster,the double satellites have been providing continuous visible light,infrared and hyperspectral remote sensing data information for Chinese environment protection,disaster monitoring,and other industries.Firstly,the in-orbit movement,power supply situation,and other main properties of the HJ-1A/1B satellites were analyzed.Secondly,the image mission and its application were introduced,and the main technical results were given.Thirdly,the double satellites development and in-orbit movement experience were summarized.Finally,the future development of the environment and disaster monitoring satellites were reviewed.
