长春市新立城水库考虑净雨预报的洪水调度方案与兴利效益研究

摘　　要：本文根据新立城水库工程实际情况,研究汛限水位的确定方法和动态控制方案,以水库降雨及洪水预报为基础,利用洪水的预见期适时预泄,制定合理可行的洪水调度方案,用新的治水思路和理念去研究如何充分利用雨洪资源,缓解防洪与兴利的矛盾,提高水库的利用效率和效益。On the basis of rainfall and flood prediction on Xinlicheng Reservoir,the article formulates reasonable dispatch program of flood by using flood discharge in advance in the forecast period of flood.The utilization efficiency and benefits of Xinlicheng Reservoir will be increased because the article studies on how to take full advantage of rain and flood on the respect of new ideas and mind.
