基于就业导向的地方高校风景园林专业人才培养模式改革——以桂林理工大学为例

摘　　要：面向就业市场需求,培养具有核心竞争力的专业人才是提高人才培养质量的关键。该文通过分析当下地方高校风景园林人才培养中存在的问题,提出以就业为导向的人才培养思路和目标,并从人才培养目标、专业课程体系、实践教学体系、人才培养保障等方面提出了改革策略,以期为地方高校风景园林专业教学改革提供有益借鉴。The key to improve the talent cultivation quality is to cultivate professional talents with core competitiveness in the face of the employment market demand.In this paper,by analyzing the present problems about the talent training of landscape architecture in local colleges,and puts forward the idea and goal based on employment guidance.Reform strategies are proposed from the aspects of talent training objectives,professional course system,practical teaching system and talent training guarantee,in order to provide beneficial reference for landscape architecture specialty teaching reform in colleges and universities.
