壮骨伸筋胶囊治疗腰椎间盘退行性变疗效及对患者SDF-1的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨壮骨伸筋胶囊对腰椎间盘退行性变的治疗效果及对基质细胞衍生因子1(SDF-1)的影响。方法:回顾性分析腰椎间盘退行性变患者的临床资料,根据其治疗方式分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规药物治疗,观察组在此基础上给予壮骨伸筋胶囊治疗,治疗8周后,比较两组患者治疗前后血清炎症因子和SDF-1水平、JOA评分、VAS得分和生活质量的差异。结果:两组患者治疗前VAS得分无差别,治疗8周后,观察组VAS得分低于对照组;两组患者治疗前JOA评分无差别,治疗后,观察组JOA评分优于对照组;两组患者治疗前炎症因子和SDF-1水平无差别,治疗后,观察组IL-18、IL-6、hs-CRP和SDF-1水平低于对照组;两组患者治疗前生活质量无差别,治疗后,观察组躯体功能、躯体角色和肢体疼痛等生活质量得分高于对照组。结论:壮骨伸筋胶囊对腰椎间盘退行性变患者有较好的治疗效果,可明显降低患者的SDF-1和炎症因子水平,对提高患者生活质量有积极的意义。Objective:To investigate the Zhuanggu shenjin Capsule on lumbar intervertebral disc degeneration and therapeutic effect of stromal cell derived factor1(SDF-1)effect.Methods:Retrospective analysis of lumbar spine of intervertebral disc degeneration in patients with clinical data,according to the treatment methods were divided into control group and observation group,the control group was given routine drug treatment,the observation group was given Zhuanggu Shenjin capsule treatment,After 8 weeks,the serum inflammatory factors and SDF-1 levels,JOA scores,VAS scores and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:There was no difference in VAS scores between the two groups before treatment.After 8 weeks treatment,the scores of VAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;Two groups of patients before treatment JOA score no difference,after treatment,the observation group JOA score was better than the control group;Two groups of proinflammatory cytokines and SDF-1levels had no significant difference after treatment,the observation group IL-18,IL-6,hs-CRP and SDF-1 levels lower than the control group;There was no difference in the quality of life between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,the scores of physical function,physical role and limb pain in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.Conclusion:Zhuanggu Shenjin capsule on degeneration of lumbar intervertebral disc patients has good curative effect,can significantly reduce the patient's SDF-1and inflammatory factors,has a positive significance to improve the quality of life of patients.
