摘 要:巴泽尔产权理论将商品属性作为分析起点,所有的问题都与这一概念紧密相连,属性也就成为巴泽尔产权理论的基础。因此,需要基于巴泽尔的论述对其产权理论中商品属性的内涵与性质进行专题探讨。属性是商品天然具有的和因交易而产生的性质,可区分为两类:商品自有特征即自然性属性和社会关系带来的附加特征即社会性属性。两种属性以同一物品为载体,自然性属性体现着人与物的关系,社会性属性则体现着人与人的关系。社会性属性以自然性属性为基础,它的产生是以交换自然性属性为目的。Barzel's Property Theory took the commodity attributes as a starting point for analysis,all issues were closely linked with this concept,and attributes also became the basis of Barzel's Property Theory.Therefore,It is necessary to conduct a special discussion on the connotation and nature of commodity attributes in the property theory based on Barzel's discourse.Attributes are natural inherent in the goods and resulting from the transaction that can be divided into two categories:natural attributes that is product features and social attributes that is additional features brought by social relations.Both attributes are carried by the same object.Natural attributes reflect the relationship between people and things,social attributes reflect the relationship between people.Social attributes are based on the natureattributes,it is produced for the purpose of natural attributesexchanging.
