摘 要:采用3个相同的H型微生物燃料电池反应器,阳极室进水COD浓度为2 197~2 450mg·L^(-1),阴极室采用铁氰化钾溶液作为电子受体,研究不同污泥浓度(MLSS)下微生物燃料电池(Microbial Fuel Cell,MFC)去除有机物和产电性能.结果表明:阳极室平均污泥浓度(MLSS)分别为2 530mg·L^(-1)、5 183mg·L^(-1)和10 200mg·L^(-1)时,MFC对有机物均能较好的去除.污泥浓度的增加,有利于阳极生物膜的形成和系统的启动.然而,并非污泥浓度越大,MFC去除有机物及产电能力越大.随着污泥浓度的增加,有机物的去除率先增大后减小,而系统的内阻先减小后增大,导致输出电压以及功率密度均先增加后减少.在阳极室平均污泥浓度为5 183 mg·L^(-1)时,MFC对于有机物的去除效果最高,达到85%,输出电压高达0.78V,表观内阻为344.4Ω,功率密度为421.9mW·m^(-3),充放电性能较好,说明适宜的污泥浓度有利于MFC对有机物的去除和产电.研究结果对于改善MFC的处理效率和产电性能提供理论基础和运行方法.Three identical H-type microbial fuel cell reactors were used to study the removal of organic pollutant and electricity generation performance by microbial fuel cells(MFC)under different sludge concentrations.The results showed that when the average sludge concentration(MLSS)of anode chamber is 2 530 mg·L^-1,5 183 mg·L^-1 and 10 200 mg·L^-1,MFC can remove organics well.The increase of sludge concentration is beneficial to the formation of anode biofilm and the start-up of the system.However,it is not that the higher the sludge concentration,the greater the MFC's ability to remove organic pollutant and generate electricity.With the increase of sludge concentration,the removal of organic matter increases first and then decreases,while the internal resistance of the system decreases first and then increases,leading to the decrease of output voltage and power density.At the anode sludge concentration for an average of 5 183 mg·L^-1,effect of MFC on removal of organic pollutant,the highest reached 85%,the output voltage of 0.78 V,the apparent resistance is low,344.4Ω,power density of 421.9 mW·m^-3,charge and discharge performance is better.It indicates that the suitable activated sludge concentration is favorable for the removal of organics and electricity generation of MFC,The results provide a theoretical basis and operational method for improving MFC processing efficiency and electricity performance.
