摘  要:通过一步水热法制备出了TiO_2/Ti_3C_2复合材料.该复合物是将TiO_2晶体颗粒生长在二维层状Ti_3C_2上,得到的复合材料结合了TiO_2优异的光催化性能以及Ti_3C_2良好的电子传输性能.通过XRD、SEM、TEM、BET等手段分析研究了TiO_2/Ti_3C_2复合材料的物相组成和显微结构,并对其进行了光催化性能测试.这种结合有利于光照条件下产生的光生载流子快速的分离和传输,达到加快光催化降解有机染料的目的.结果表明,TiO_2/Ti_3C_2复合材料的光催化降解效率明显优于Ti_3C_2和TiO_2.In this study,TiO2/Ti3C2 nanocomposites were successfully synthesized by a simple one-step hydrothermal method.The composite is obtained by growing TiO2 crystal particles on two-dimensional layered Ti3C2,and the composite material combines the excellent photocatalytic performance of TiO2 and the good electron transporting property of Ti3C2.The phase composition and microstructure of TiO2/Ti3C2 composites were analyzed by XRD,SEM,TEM and BET,and their photocatalytic properties were tested.This combination facilitates the rapid separation and transmission of photogenerated carriers generated under illumination conditions,and achieves the purpose of accelerating photocatalytic degradation of organic dyes.The results show that the photocatalytic degradation efficiency of TiO2/Ti3C2 composites is significantly better than that of Ti3C2 and TiO2.
