摘 要:运用荧光光谱和中红外光谱分析了加入不同价态下Fe对剩余污泥厌氧发酵产生的影响,研究结果表明:污泥在厌氧发酵过程中,会产生蛋白质类、辅酶NADH和辅酶F420共3类荧光物质;投加适量Fe^(2+)后,辅酶F420荧光强度较空白组明显增强,类蛋白和辅酶NADH也增强,表明适量Fe^(2+)对污泥发酵有促进作用。利用FT-IR表征,研究了其对该过程的促进机理。Fe^(2+)使污泥中羧基、醇和酚等官能团增强,这是由于适量Fe^(2+)有利于促进微生物细胞的溶胞释放,产生出更多的乙酸、氢等重要厌氧发酵产物。Fluorescence and mid-infrared spectroscopy were used to study the effect of Fe on anaerobic methane production under different valences. The results showed that the fluorescent substances in the anaerobic fermentation broth were mainly protein-like, coenzymes NADH and coenzyme F420. After adding appropriate amount of Fe^2+, the intensity of F420 was significantly higher than that of the blank group, and the protein and coenzyme NADH were also correspondingly increased, which indicates that the addition of appropriate amount of Fe^2+ could promote the anaerobic methane production. The FT-IR characterization was used to study the mechanism of promoting anaerobic methane production. That Fe^2+ can enhance the carboxyl, alcohol and phenol may be due to the fact that proper amount of Fe^2+ is beneficial to promote lyses and release of microbial cells, which results in more important anaerobic fermentation products such as acetic acid and hydrogen.
