大学创业孵化视域下的创业教育探究

摘　　要：目前较多高校为积极鼓励大学生自主创业,为大学生提供更好的创业环境,在学校周围建立了大学生创业孵化基地。但是这些创业孵化基地的创业孵化成功率并不理想,创业中的大学生因为资金、经验、技术等等问题导致创业失败。解决这一问题应采取加强对学生的创业指导理论知识的培养,让学生抓住各种实战机会,鼓励学生参加创业活动,整合各项资源,利用大学创业孵化基地的条件提高创业的成功率,转变大学生的创业观念,提升创业培养理念、启发大学生创业思想,将思想转变为创业成果,加强高校和企业的合作,鼓励学生自主创业等措施,来进一步提高大学生自主创业的成功率。At present, in order to actively encourage college students to start their own businesses, many colleges and universities have established business incubation bases around the school for them to provide better business environment.However,the success rate of business incubation from the business incubation bases is not ideal because of the problems of capital,experience,technology and so on. To solve this problem, we should strengthen the cultivation of students’ theoretical knowledge of entrepreneurship guidance,and encourage them to participate in entrepreneurship activities with various practical opportunities. We should also integrate various resources and make use of the conditions of university entrepreneurship incubation base to improve the success rate of entrepreneurship. Meanwhile, we should help students to enlighten their entrepreneurship ideas and transfer the ideas into achievements. Finally, we should strengthen the cooperation between universities and enterprise and encourage students to start their own businesses.
