摘  要:以蜂巢为原料微波加热萃取30min制取蜂蜡,萃取率为60.8%,用微波催化蜂蜡水解生成高级脂肪酸收率为25.1%,经钙化、洗涤及混合试剂重结晶分别得收率2.6%的二十八烷醇(纯度92.7%)及6.8%的三十烷醇(纯度93.2%),用熔点、IR、~1H NMR和LC-MS对产物性质和结构进行了表征.Taking honeycomb as raw-material source,the beeswax was extracted from it with the help of microwave heating for30min and the extraction rate was60.8%.Then the higher-fatty acid with yield of25.1%was generated by means of beeswax hydrolysis under microwave catalysis.Finally,after its calcification,washing,and recrystallization with reagent mixing,the octacosanol and triacontanol were obtained and their yields were 2.6%(purity:92.7%)and6.8%(purity:93.2%),respectively.Their property and structure were characterized in virtue of melting point,IR,1H NMR and LC-MS.
