摘  要:用真空感应炉在温度约2000℃下,采用包埋法在D10mm×10mm石墨片表面制备了涂层.研究了六种包埋粉的化学成分对涂层物相组成的影响,并测试了涂层在1500℃下抗氧化性能.实验结果表明:1号和2号试样表面的涂层均由碳化硅组成,3号试样表面的涂层主要由碳化硅、氧化铝及少量红柱石[Al2(SiO4)O]组成,4号试样表面的涂层主要由碳化硅、莫来石(3Al2O3·2SiO2)和少量二氧化硅组成,5号试样表面的涂层主要由碳化硅和少量氧化铝和二氧化硅组成,6号试样表面的涂层主要由碳化硅、氧化铝和二氧化硅组成;无涂层的原始石墨片在1500℃下焙烧经2.5h后被完全烧掉,而1~6号试样在1500℃空气中焙烧16h后的失重率!W分别为69.45%,1.97%,-0.60%,46.06%,58.91%和0.58%;重新制备3号样,试样在1500℃空气中焙烧86h后的失重率!W为-5.26%,3号试样经历长时间高温氧化后不仅没有氧化失重反而增重了,这说明3号试样抗高温氧化效果最好;3号试样在1500℃空气中焙烧86h后涂层表面主要由碳化硅、莫来石和二氧化硅组成.The coating was prepared by pack cementation on the surface of a graphite disk with a D10mm×10mm using a vacuum induction furnace at about 2000℃.The effects of chemical composition of six embedding powders of pack cementation with number No.1-6on the phases composition of the coating were studied.The oxidation resistance of the coatings in air at 1500℃was investigated.XRD analysis indicated that the surface coatings of No.1and No.2 samples were composed of silicon carbide.The surface coating of No.3 sample is mainly composed of silicon carbide,aluminum oxide and a small amount of andalusite(Al2(SiO4)O).The surface coating of No.4sample is mainly composed of silicon carbide,mullite(3Al2O32SiO2)and a small amount of silica.The No.5 sample surface coating mainly consists of silicon carbide and a small amount of alumina and silica.The No.6sample surface coating mainly consists of silicon carbide,alumina and silica.The original graphite disk without coating were completely burned off after 2.5h in air at 1500℃.The percentages of weight loss W(%)of samples No.1to No.6after roasting in air at 1500℃for16h was 69.45%,1.97%,-0.60%,46.06%,58.91% and 0.58%,respectively.The sample No.3 was re-prepared,and the percentages of weight loss W(%)was-5.26%after roasting in air at1500℃for86h.This is further confirmed that the No.3 sample didn't lose weight due to long-term high-temperature oxidation,but increased weight in instead.This indicated that the No.3sample has the best ability of anti-high temperature oxidation effect.The surface coating of No.3 sample is mainly composed of silicon carbide,mullite and silica after roasting in air at 1500℃ for 86h.
